ULLL Hometown Heroes Scholarship

Since 2003, Upper Loudoun Little League has proudly awarded an annual scholarship to a graduating senior from western Loudoun County who previously played baseball in ULLL.

Youth sports require countless hours of volunteer dedication. Through that commitment, children not only develop athletic skills, but more importantly, they learn teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

As a league, our hope is that every child who passes through our program leaves inspired to give back to their community. Active citizenship and volunteerism are essential to building a strong and vibrant community — and this scholarship recognizes those who embody that spirit.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the ULLL Hometown Heroes Scholarship, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be a current graduating high school senior
  • Plan to attend a college or university in the upcoming fall semester
  • Have played at least one season of baseball with Upper Loudoun Little League
  • Reside within the official Upper Loudoun Little League boundaries
  • Must agree to submit a transcript to the ULLL's Scholarship Committee as part of the application process
