2010 HIT-A-THON

Results!

If you count the fun factor, our 2010 ULLL Hit-a-Thon was a very successful day and while we have to wait another week for a total of our donations raised, all participants had a wonderful experience. Having listened intently to the comments of the players as they were leaving, it was quite obvious that they enjoyed the experience. We were lucky to have a fantastic addition with the Loudoun Valley High School baseball team being a part of our project. Our ULLL players were thrilled to have the high school players cheering for them and rooting them on. They felt like big leaguers for the moment. Many thanks to Coach Wayne Todd, his coaching staff and his players for adding in such a positive manner to the whole experience.
